  1. 1

    Upload your document

Email me your document or upload it through the booking form. Tell me what type it is, where it needs to go, and when you need it.

  2. 2

    ID check

The platform verifies your identity. You upload a photo of your government-issued ID and answer a few security questions. It takes 2 to 3 minutes.

  3. 3

    Sign on video

We meet on a secure video call. I watch you sign, confirm you understand the document, and apply my notary seal electronically. Most calls take 10 to 20 minutes.

  4. 4

State apostille, if you need one

If your document is going to another country, I submit it to the Florida Department of State in Tallahassee. The state typically processes it in 5 to 10 business days.

  5. 5

    Courier delivery

I ship your document using FedEx, DHL, or USPS Priority Mail International. You choose the carrier and speed. I will send you a tracking number.
