What do Florida notary and apostille services cost?
I charge a service fee on top of the Florida notary cap. A video notarization is $65 in the US and $125 if you sign from another country. A Florida apostille starts at $150 per document. I tell you the full price before we start.

Florida caps the notary stamp at $10 in person and $25 online. Amounts above that are service, travel, or shipping fees, told to you before we start. The state apostille fee is $10, or $20 if clerk-certified, and it is included in the apostille price. I prepare and file the apostille. Only the Florida Department of State issues it. Apostilles are for Hague Convention countries. Other countries need embassy legalization.
How much is a Florida apostille?
$150 for the first document. That includes the $10 state fee, my filing in Tallahassee, and tracked shipping inside the US. Each extra document in the same packet is $85.

Yes. The video notarization is $125 if you are abroad. If you also need an apostille, the package is $250 for the first document.

Embassy fees, foreign courier charges, and a mobile trip outside the quoted visit. I confirm those before you pay.
